We are looking for an investor for a hotel reconstruction project or for a new construction of a business center or new construction of apartments.
Land plots are located in Moscow. The total area of the plots is 9170 sq.m.
On the land plots there is a 3 * hotel building with an area of 13300 sq.m.

Land plots are in long-term lease at the Department of City Property of Moscow.

Possible use of the project:

1. The reconstruction of the hotel to the level of 4 stars.
2. New construction of a business center with an area of up to 40,000 square meters.
3. New construction of apartments up to 45,000 square meters.
